Job Summary

Responsibilities / Duties

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet shipping deadlines.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments against packing lists or invoices.
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, or scan guns to move and track inventory.
• Maintain organization of inventory in designated storage locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
• Label, package, and prepare outgoing shipments to meet company and carrier requirements.
• Monitor and report damaged, missing, or defective products to supervisors.
• Follow proper lifting techniques and adhere to warehouse safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support daily workflow and warehouse goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, including aisles, shelves, and workstations.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using scan guns, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.

• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and scan guns.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Understanding of shipping, receiving, and labeling procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years of age to work in a warehouse environment
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
• Reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with coworkers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience in a beauty supply, retail, or e-commerce warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
