ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker/Packer to join our distribution team in Columbus. In this role you will accurately pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced, physical role that plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
  • Inspect items for accuracy, quality, and quantity before packing for shipment
  • Pack and seal orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
  • Apply correct labels, documentation, and shipping information to all outbound packages
  • Maintain an organized pick area by replenishing stock locations and reporting discrepancies
  • Meet or exceed individual pick rate and accuracy targets on a consistent basis
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience a plus — we will train
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable standing and walking on concrete floors for the duration of a shift
  • Basic math skills and ability to use RF scanners or computer terminals
  • Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift including weekends
