ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, support organizational goals, and serve as a trusted partner to both employees and leadership. This role plays a critical part in shaping company culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes
- Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning and organizational development
- Maintain and utilize HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
