ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales operations in Columbus. This role owns the strategy, performance, and day-to-day management of our e-commerce channels including our DTC website and marketplace listings. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of digital marketing and platform management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the end-to-end performance of e-commerce channels including website, marketplace listings, and DTC platforms
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow revenue
  • Oversee product listing management including copy, imagery, pricing, and inventory accuracy across all digital storefronts
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and site analytics to identify opportunities and inform decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Manage e-commerce budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party platform partnerships
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3–5 years of e-commerce management experience, ideally in a retail or DTC environment
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4) and digital advertising platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central a plus
